The jl3iii Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access to and use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jl3iii complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. jl3iii makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl3iii account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jl3iii's discretion. All transactions must be conducted using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Deposits made to your jl3iii account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your jl3iii account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Each game available on the jl3iii Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All game outcomes on jl3iii are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. jl3iii does not manipulate game outcomes and does not offer any game in which the result is predetermined or influenced by factors other than the RNG and the applicable game mechanics.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl3iii reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jl3iii's decision in such matters is final. No claims will be entertained for winnings that would have been achieved had a technical error not occurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl3iii, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
jl3iii's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl3iii account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The jl3iii Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl3iii makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. jl3iii does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl3iii, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl3iii's customer support team. jl3iii will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jl3iii's decisions on all matters relating to gameplay, account management, bonuses, and these Terms are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
